Hi Qianhu: I bought a Eheim Professional 3 2080 from Petmart recently. The fitlter comes with substrates included, but the packaging was wrong. Instead of getting two packs of biological substrate, I got only one. Instead of 1 packet of cylindrical prefilter substrate, I got two. Went back to the store to get them changed, but was given 2 small pack of biological substrate for in exchange for the prefilter substrate. My concern is that the bio substrates that I have seem too little as they do not fill up the trays. Please advise.
