personally...
i cut to facilitate breeding...for those who got realli big finnage
secondly i cut bent rays from ct to allow it to grow to become a beauty
thirdly i cut fin rot damaged fins to allow better recovery
forthly i cut for wider spread,...this one still under debate...
i was thinking if i cut along the rays of a delta...let him flare alot during recovery...may get better spread
