it looks like your tank is brand new, may take sometime for bacteria to find their way into your tank and start the nitrification cycle.
Do u have access to any established fish tanks?
transfer some water from the old fish tank into this tank to kick start the cycling.
filter wool from old fish tanks work too, but they may be too messy.
