If you can see this message, you are looking at a new webhosting server which would hopefully solve most of the speed issues we've had in the past.
After several days of testing, it seems that SCV users may be experiencing slightly less responsiveness (1-2 secs delay) due to recent outages of this local ISP (Singapore) to certain site backbones.
Generally, speeds should be improved for most other connections including overseas and there would be less problem of severe congestion during peak hours.
Do be prepared if there is a need for ocassional need to readjust certain parameters/tweaks to make the site deliver at optimal speeds.
As of now, please direct any errors encoutered to me as there may be initial bugs because of the large amount of files involved in the transfers. Do mail me or feel free to drop me a PM.
