What Grant ? What Subsidy ?
How much does it cost to build a flat ?
Do you even think a flat cost this much to build and then govt subsidise you or give you a grant ?
Look, housing is a need.
I build a house at $50,000 and sell it at a price of $500,000
and then I give you a subsidy of $50,000
You pay $450,000 for the unit that my cost is $50,000
That is a subsidy ?
This is call " I earn less " but still earn.
