Hi all,
Our bronze cory suddenly developed a white spot at the edge of his dorsal fin. May I know what disease is this, and what is the best way to treat him? (I have Melafix and Pimafix) ![]() Thanks! |

My guess is it's a fungus infection, possibly Epistylus.

Thanks for the replies.
xtilz, thanks for the link. It's very helpful. I will try to do more search on Epistylus. Meanwhile, I have applied Pimafix onto the hospital tank in hope of getting rid of his fungus infection. fireopal, thanks for the advice. I do water change every week and do suck up the debris from the gravels. I sure hope it won't be just due to the poor water conditions, as my other Corys might get it soon as well. Will be doing a more thorough cleaning up tonight anyway. ![]() |
