Just fillet the tamban and it should be good for your aro. Then again, it depends on how big your aro is and how small the tambans are. May be able to whack the entire tamban whole.
As for human consumption, dip the tambans in flour, heat oil up, deep fry and serve with some black soya sauce with chopped chili padi. BEST siah!! |
