Malaysia to implement Vehicle Entry Permit in stages
16 Mar 2018 06:39PM (Updated: 16 Mar 2018 06:40PM)

SINGAPORE: The implementation of Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) tags for foreign-registered vehicles entering Malaysia through the Causeway and Second-Link Expressway will be carried out in stages.

Make sure bring vehicle registration details that reflects the new ownership date. If stopped, have proof that it was previous owner.

May need to go into the office for them to update their system. Not sure, that's what I heard.
