do without anti chlorine
I recently tried without anti chlorine if i only change 1O-2O% water. Fishes seems normal.

Better not. It will slowly damage the gills.

its risky, I've experienced that before , also did not add anti chlorine when i just do 10-20% water change, until one time i saw my aro gasping, immediately added anti chlorine.
its better to be safe than sorry. , |

if lazy 2 add anti chlorine, just add a 3 stage water filter to your tap and thats all
