Default need tips with small Ray

Got myself a 6 inch ray a few days ago.
it is currently with my 21 inch xback.
have not seen it eat much, when i drop chopped up small mp , my xback always getto the food first and this xback has a huge appettite.
I'm hesitant to drop lots of small mps as worried i might mess up water parameters?

Any tips also on what to feed besides Mp which ray will like?
its not greedy at all.

Can try ghost shrimp or fish meat as for water parameters, if your filter is a solid one.. only 1xb & 1 ray nothing to scared however if not such a good filter then slowly build up your feeding and monitor your parameters

thanks bro a little worried about this tanks filter. its only a Eheim 2250 canister filled with Bio Home, Mr Aqua cr and some pumice stones.
Xback to greedy , always taking the mp even when lights are off he would dive.

not sure if i am seeign it right but the ray seems to be having sunken stomach.
i suggest u drop more mp into the tank in order to get the ray eating .
first few days in the tank the ray will probably be a bit slow. water change might help.

thanks! so far Ray has good appetite now, though he doesn't take massivore.
I'll try to fatten him up with krill first. will try to take a video later.
