Depends on who we bring in this summer. If the owners show real intent to challenge for the league, then it’ll be more attractive to stay. We already showed we can challenge in CL, so the league next.
Furthermore, he’s Egyptian, not Brazilian

South American players' dream is always to play in the La Liga League either with Barcelona or Real Madrid...

Would hope to get another defensive midfielder next season to rotate with Henderson.

Mohamed Salah has scored 28 #PL goals this season, only one African player has netted more in a single campaign (Didier Drogba 29 in 2009-10)

Henderson blow hot and cold, we need somebody to perform week in week out. With Naby joining next season, we need another CB and a world class GK. A class Defensive mid and a striker (Timo?) will be perfect.

Default Emre Can injury update

Jürgen Klopp confirmed Emre Can was taken off against Watford due to a muscle injury in his back.

The Liverpool No.23 had to be withdrawn midway through the first half of the Premier League clash on Saturday evening, which the Reds won 5-0 to rise to third in the table.

“[It is a] back [injury]. He doesn’t think, and I don’t think, it is too serious but it was too serious to continue,” said Klopp after the game.

“He had that problem a little bit during the week; we gave him one day of extra recovery. But he thought it would work and he trained normally yesterday.

“It was one header and maybe because of the temperature in the muscle – it is a muscle thing. But it should not be that serious and he will go to the national team I think, and have their treatment. Their game is not tomorrow. Then we’ll know more, but it should not be an issue.”

Adam Lallana was not part of the matchday squad as he continues to build up fitness, but the midfielder is now ready to join up with England.

“If today is the last game of the season, Adam could have played,” explained Klopp.

“But it isn’t, so we gave him the opportunity to get fitter and fitter and fitter, not sitting outside tonight and not starting. That is not big fun for anybody.

“I spoke to Gareth Southgate and Adam spoke to him. It will be clear: Adam should be 100 per cent fit for the national team.”
