I have a mix of chilli reds, cross backs, malaysian goldens and RTGs in my tank.
I feed them different food weekly. frogs, feeder fish, sw, stick-pallets, live prawns, market prawns, cricket.... and... you probably wont believe me... MEAT they gobble anything that drops into the tank. ever since I gave them MEAT(lean pork), they seems to have gained in body masses. will try to capture some videos during the feeling of meat later on. |

for comm aros, it's easier for them to accept any food you throw into the tank. ive never need to worry that the aros wont eat.
used to have 9pcs, but during some in-fighting, I took out a blood red aros and put it into my koi pond. 3weeks later, it jumped out. what a waste. tank is a wall-in tank, 9x4x2.5 ft. |
