Generally plecos grow rather slow. You could try feeding more carnivore base diet like prawn. I have a 4 inch Adonis that has maybe grown an inch over 2 months but on a pellet diet only.

BIT out of context, but can ask if 046 and 260 also like prawns. I find they not too keen on carni pellets . sorry to side track.

The grow rate of L24 is very very very slow ... if u r lucky enough ... may be from 1st yrs it may grow 2 inch ... if average per inch a yrs ....
Food that almost it definite will take...
JBL novo bit, hikari lion head sinking pallet (my all time favour) , hikari cani .... forget about algea wafer (nv make sense to me)

For L25 & l24 is always worth buying bigger pcs ... unlikely to grow to desire size for small fish keeping in tank.

Pseudacan which can grow well in tank L600, L114, L160 ... i am old school no idea what is the different between LDA7 & L600 but i think it could grow in tank well.
