Default Goldline sick

Can anyone help me with this disease on a panaque?

I'm sorry but I can't seem to link the images to flickr properly.

12 inch goldline Panaque in a 422 ft tank with 6 clown loaches.

water change regime is once a week, 90%. filtration is adequate.

no new fishes. feeding Hikari algae discs only.

I have no idea what this is and am really hoping to cure the fish ASAP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Is it those spots? Are the spots raised? Never encounter this before.

I could be wrong but I'm unsure if it's white spots for two reasons. the clown loaches which are like magnets for white spots are disease free. I've seen white spots on panaque before and it looks slightly different. But as aprecaution I've started treatment for white spots first while i seek other opinions from fish keepers.

If not whitespot, will fungus then, be careful not to add heater as it will increase the spread of bacterial and fungus infect.

Just add the whitespot med first without heater if still spreading, change it to befuran.
