Default giant won't defecate

help, I spawned this giant mg and there was eggs, then the male ate some of the eggs the stomach got bloated, only little white shit come out and now the stomach still big, curently add salt and methyl blue to the water, any help is appreciated

btw there were still hundreds of eggs that hatched after I removed the male and thefries are now free swimming

best not to feed the male for the mean time. continue regular water change with some epsom salt.. good luck!

I heard that you can feed it with mashed peas to help clear the intestine, but then perhaps feeding him an an insect which can also provide a from of "roughage" like one of those small moths (wings not too big!) could help.

the fish already dead after a few days, probably bcoz ofthe giant genes
