Need some help
I have a 2 ft planted tank with a 55w pl lights.
But i got this problems that is i dunno why my glass always have green sport algaes on it and there are also black hair type of algaes on my plants leave. i on my light for 8~10 hrs a day. this is the 2nd time it happened to me. can i prevent the algae but could on my light for 8~10 hrs ? thanks soory mod if i place @ the wrong place |

Hi Stradic, how often do you change your water? For 2 feet tank, try changing 15% to 20% weekly. Before changing water, you might want to wipe off the algae using some old filter wool. That will help reducing algae popluation in your tank. Also, keep your tank temperture as low as you could. Try fan cooling.
