Quiet transfer mkt for now.

Might be a piece of good news as Butt can recommend some potential youngsters to play for the 1st team. Hopefully

It's ok lah ... no need pointing out or explanation. It's all there for all to see n read.

Anyway, at least he's a gentleman and he admitted he'd changed his mind over his 'big money' comment. He said he never forsee this 'crazy money' mkt coming.

Let's move on ... obviously our club have lots to do. Looks like we will not have a good pre-season and I think it may affect us as the seaon goes on.

Another draw in our built up to the new season.
Cannot blame on not having the seniors who have played in the world cup.
I watched PSG vs BM the other night, also alot of youngsters, but BM managed it and won very convincingly too.

Watched the highlights of the Liverpool vs Dortmund game. With the friendlies coming up, we have to be prepared that Liverpool's play can be rather physical. They do go for most of the 50/50 balls quite competitively. I am basing on the highlights only but according to the stats they committed more fouls then Dortmund

JM n Woodward are set to discuss on the future of Martial who is seeking his way out of OT.
In his latest friendles with San Jose Earthquakes, he seems disinterested and even got rebuked by Sanchez during the game.
No point keeping a player whose interest lies elsewhere and plays according to his mood. In his first friendlies, he appeared good without Sanchez, but the second game was a total disaster for him, playing as if he was not interested once Sanchez was on the field.
The problem is that he is a skilful player, but JM probably had destroyed his confidence and the irony would be if he goes to another EPL club and excelled.
So it is a catch 22 for both JM and Woodward

Read that JM feels Ashley Young is good enough to be the 1st choice left back this season

JM had destroyed alot of youngsters with potential before....

Matic is also one of them, sold to Benfica and bought back again
De Bruyne another one of them, sold and become a master playmaker with WB of Germany

Hopefully he learned from his mistakes and keep Martial and Shaw.

Doubt JM would learned from his past mistakes. For him, it has always been...let's move on. But this time, I feel he should start being more humble and that would move him to greater heights.

now martial demands to speak to Spurs and Chelsea.

I really hope this guy will stay. To me he is technically better than Rashford.

JM is more and more moody and moaning all the time. Quite unbecoming of a manager from a big 5 club.

Totally agree that lately JM has portrayed as a very negative figure in his interviews. Normally very quick witted with ready made answers, this time he has chosen the "quiet" mode which honestly does not speak well of a confident manager to guide us through for the title run.
Keeps moaning about not being to get this and this and that. Probably these are the players that do not see their future with him as long as he is the manager.
