If 14 bar then golden pigeon snakeskin. If 9 bar then golden pigeon.

Check the bar when they are stress. 14 bar is those got snakeskin gene, 9 bar is the normal type. However some pigeon do not have any stress bar. You may need to if they is fine striation on the face to see got snakeskin gene or not.
