Aro tail and fins got shorter
Only recently, I noticed my RTG's tail has become shorter. Also the anal fin. They seem to have melted away without a trace! I have attached pics of how it looked previously, and now. Is this fin rot or something like that? Would really appreciate your advice and expertise. Thank you.

On second thought is ur aro suffering from the tail bitting syndrome..cause the tail looks pretty neat 4 a bac infection...do u have tankmates...adding a strong wavemaker will help distract the habit........

So, most likely its a water condition issue here. What should the ideal parameters be? I hardly test my water. Maybe I should do more WC? Thanks for taking the time to help me, I really appreciate it. |

Looks like external bact infection to me... From the fin below the tail (dunno wat is it called), you can see its like eating away the fin skin and left with the soft bone only. Anyone knows the treatment, pls help.
