Default feeding wild sea caught flounder meat to my fish

Run out of frozen prawn with only frozen flounder meat in my fridge, I am in the process of defrosting some to feed my fishes. I think it is still way cheaper than frozen bloodworm and way more nutritious.

There is a brand made by fluval called bug bite, it seems very expensive not seen in Singapore. The next best thing will be hikari silkworm pellet.
