Why not? It is quite apparent even from the photos.

Based on what I know, there is only one breeder in the states who does this. It's a thing as recent as this year. If anyone sees this in the east; please let me know.

Are you sure it is blue-eyed, and not blue-eyelids?

In scientific term, I believe the term "eye" consist of the pupil and eyelids? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, from what I see, the frog has blue eyelids.

In a bright environment, the pupil of the frog will constrict. Therefore, the eyelids will show.

In a dark environment, the pupil will dilate, causing the whole eye to look black. Usually the eyelids cannot be seen.

The above information is based on my experience when I kept them.

And yup, I recently babysit a frog with blue eyelids

Red eye tree frog should be red eyelid tree frog, blue eye suttoni should be blue eyelid suttoni...

Managed to find this picture. Perhaps may be useful to the frog keeper community.

Recently got another baby wtf. This time from c328. Its color differs from the first one i got feom petmart. Petmart has blue eyelid and yellow toepads.
Heres a snap of my c328 froggy.
