MUCH higher % of chloromines! that sounds scary...
actually, how much of chlorine and chloromine can our water conditioner treat? it is not so much of 1 drop per gallon of water or what, since the concentration of chlorine/chloromine can increase. |

For me, If i wanna age the water..I will left if for 2 days+ with air bubbling..
Otherwise I would use 2 x recommended amount of aqua plus... 1) dose the first amount into the current tank water. 2) 2nd dose into the new tap water before or after adding the tap water. Aqua plus not only treats these chemicals, it also helps to calm my fish esp after WC. And fishes with tail bites/physical injuries will recover after next 2 days onwards too.(eg. my oscars' tails & fins bitten by my pnt, maybe aquarium salt also contribute to this recovering factor I'm not too sure) Happy fishkeeping |
