actually i'm wondering if IQ5 pumps are suitable for marine usage. How can it fail so soon. it just totally died off, tried to do everything but still can't revive the pump. or is it just my luck.

am thinking of doing a marine tank..

heard its high maintenance n it leaves a salt trail as the water evaporates

what are your experiences?
is it difficult to maintain

U r rite! Nano marine tank is more difficult compare to a 6' FOWLR. I always make double sure for Nano to hv backup like using ACDC pump to counter pump failure or power outage....
