Heard on radio news. One of the 2 public transport operator, SMRT, has confirmed they are seeking fair hike.

No surprise the other will follow. Again, they fail, we pay.

I think they didn't fail.......just that they didn't get enough profits......... but we still pay........

Haiz.... just remember they intro new way to calculated new fare. Think we suffer because of it. Do u think they will ask for adjustment when fuel prices are down? More like they will do so only when fuel prices are going up to justified the increase. Or are they testing out the new formula?

Are we really that dum to believe the fomula works in our favour? I think so for the 60% or so ppl.

they did not fail. they succeeded in getting us to pay for their profit. We failed because we let them do it.

Wanna act and be good gov and help the poor but ask normal middle class people to subsidy for the susidise while they claim credit. Where is the gst hike that is suppose to help the poor ? The 2% gst hike not enough to cover this so call bus subsidy ? Load of BS...
