Bro, try adding in other tankmates, like TBF, FF, parrot fish.
Equipment like wavemaker is useful to comm them too.

I did . I have 2 plecos , 3 clown loaches , 1 kbl in the tank aso .

First 3days a1 whack a2 like hell. The fight slowed down . I read an article saying shift both out and do water change so the ph lvl will shock them.

I then shifted them to a small 2ft tank confine them for 5 days . Shifted them bk . 1 last big fight then suddenly like maciam found peace

Yes, by introducing both together in the same tank after water change will works provided spares tank is available. But your tank mates are mostly bottom dweller, arowana don't really bother them, try fishes that are active and fast swimmer in mid-high tier level, which can distract them on and off.

Adding in wavemaker at the bottom and top will help too. But don't panic, fighting in arowana is common, unless you are lucky, the comm tank are peaceful 24/7
