Ammonia Powder

Hi bros,

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction where to get ammmonia powder to use for fishless cycling?

Also on a side note, how often do ceramic rings used in sump/filter need to be replaced if at all.

Getting back into the hobby after a few years off and have forgotten alot
