Default How to fix slight drop eye for my 5" MGBB?

Hello, i notice that my 5" MGBB got slight drop eye on the right side but normal on the left side, right after when i came back for 5 days vacation. I left my aquarium with plenty of small krills and 2 white light (2x21watt fluorescent light) on for 24/7 (because no timer). FYI, water level is 7 inches high in a 4x2x2 feet tank.

Could it be the light is too bright? Too much fatty food (from krill)?

So what can I do to reduce/cure the slight drop eye? Please help...

Had a cross back with similar problem years ago. Put it inside a FGT (no glass sides) for about 2 months and feed it with floating food. The DE went off.

Perhaps you can try this method. 😊

What do you think is the cause of your aro developed DE? DE went off permanent?
