I use black for my SR, I was told that Aros come from waters that are dark, they spend more time in murky environments, even the farms have them in dark water conditions, but that's about all I know, I'm sure some people here can jump in and give you better understanding.

Thumbs up

Bro, I would use a black background to eccentuate its gold intensity.

It's still a young aro with very high shine.

Btw, what is stipulated on its certificate?

Hi smy168,
The shop owner asking me to use wtt until gold intensity is reached to max then change to yellow for some period of time n follow by black when reached to full adult I have 5' tank n which place to wall, totally impossible for me to change background

But i am totally agreed with you which how wild Aro's live.

Hi streetmart73 sifu.
Might use back my original grey stone poster

I think yesterday she was pale (not white as i tot) it be due to transport from 1 place to another. As this morning, I see golden is appearing on her scales [feeling happy n excited], but still no eating and stay at 1 place.

No chip n certificate for this baby

Bro, I bagged home my "bullethead" or tan tau, canto slang although it is not a bullethead some 3 years ago when it was barely 3.5" long; just a baby

It has been in the 422 with black background since day 1.

Tan tau is xb, very fierce, always hungry and loves to "challenge" me

I am positive that with your tlc, your aro will turn out good just be patient with good water parameters
