redcross Help needed to diagnose this disease *URGENT*

Hi All,
My G2 red is suffering from some disease (Refer the below video). This happened just few weeks after replacing my canister filter. Currently, my media includes 3 layers of dust filter and 1 layer of bio balls. Please help me out on curing this. Its not eating for a week and the mouth has some blackish thing inside it. Tried changing water thrice still the condition didn't improve. Any meds or filter media change?

Black Spot - Black Ick (diplopstomiasis)
Symptoms: The fish, very irritated, scrapes itself against objects, appears as small black specks or smudges on the body and around the mouth, and if heavily infected may experience blood loss.

Black Spot or Black Ick is rare in aquariums. It is generally seen in outdoor ponds, especially those with mud bottoms, but it can be introduced when adding new fish into the aquarium. Fish that are most readily susceptible are the Silver Dollar, Piranha, or other fish of these types. In general it does relatively little damage to the fish, even if they are heavily infested.

The disease is caused by a parasite (larval trematode) that burrows into the skin of a fish where it forms a cyst that is about one millimeter in diameter. It has a complex lifecyle that in order to survive, requires fish eating birds or animals, snails, or fish at different stages infected with the disease.

Black Spot is generally easy to cure. Either treat with salt baths or there are a number of commercially available treatments and preventatives.

the reason why the blackish underside of the mouth is so visible is cause the lower jaw is being "puffed" out... which usually only happens when the aro is mouth brooding, or showing signs of aggression, or very stressed.

from the vid one side of your aro has soft gill curl, other side already part of the gill plate exposed probably due to cutting away, and the barbels are already gone... most probably "burnt" off.

all the above mentioned are casued by water issues.... take care of your water issues.

Maybe you try to open his mouth and see whats is inside.
Last time when I feed feeder (small goldfish) to my fish, my arowana will keep a few in his mouth for some time, he dont eat feeder fish but just keep them like his own babies..

Did 3/4 WC along with filter media cleaning and added OF Yellow powder half dosage.

Condition improved a bit where the inner jaw portion is less visible.

Next steps:
Will do 1/2 WC next day and add again half dosage of yellow powder with Salt.
