Would be same as red gravel imo.. if not better.. just that all the waste will get trapped underneath or between the tiles. Tot you say gona get a powerhead to blow at the tiles or sth?

ya that was my initial idea...but when I put some tiles into my 3ft tanks and see that they fit nicely into the tank so minimize the gap to trap waste...see any bros use tiles before may share his opinion....from what I see in my tank it really seems like minimum waste will be trap in the gap...=)...any ideas???

Smallest gap potential to be greatest danger. As The waste become so " invisible " and ignore It. Each time WC better to practice stir the gravel to avoid more " invisible " waste trap. Above just my own opinion.
