What's it good for ?
I'm drinking those " ginger , lemon , garlic , Apple cidar & honey " juice that claims to lower cholesterol & blood pressure . Having problem buying now so looking for other options .

Is yours unfiltered with the mother type? I dont drink those diluted with flabour type. Prefer the raw unfiltered and ownself add raw honey.

Lower blood pressure and cholesterol are just two of the many benefits as stated by many.

It’s filtered type but taste is there

btw, when is the ideal time to take it?

I took it at night only but my friend said, better to drink it in the morning.

Recommended practice is to drink 1-2tsp diluted with water first thing in the morning once you’re awake

I drink it early morning before food and brush teeth last time. The vinegar may damage our teeth enamel as its ph is abt 2.85 so now I drink it after brushing teeth but before breakfast.

Filtered form is too ex and is without the mother.

Anybody wants to add some crunch to your ACD?

My Morning Elixir ACV + Lemon Juice + Chia Seeds + Water

I've also been drinking chia seed water separately, so looked up about mixing the 2, and found the above.

P.S. I'd leave the lemon out since ACV is already quite sour, and I've been adding honey already.
