do more walking for those close to 50 and above. Best is to wake up earlier for a morning walk before heading to work after a shower.

seriously, if u want a turbo weekend or something to that effect ....
dun just go on paper talk on which is cheaper, better etc it must suit u they hv side effects and one of the side effects is splitting headache i mean, whichever is good or cheap, fast acting etc but gives u splitting headache is useless with the splitting headache, u got no mood to do anything even if u hv chengai wood |

exercise definitely helps. start with brisk walking and slow jogs.
