I dont know if you have been watching the past few Arsenal games, but Ozil was anything but lazy. He isn't blessed with pace, but he ran harder than anyone else on his team carrying the ball from defense to attack.

Better if the board change Woody...buay chai when handling transfers...
Woody is a commercial man who brought in lots of companies and revenue. That's why he got promoted after David Gill left together with SAF.

Woody showed his inexperience when Moyes came and the transfer was a disaster that summer, e.g. paying more for Fellaini when United could have got him a lower fee early in the window. And United were trying for the impossible top targets and didn't sign any of them.

Woody improved after the first season disaster. I don't think Jose should have a free hand over transfers.

Ozil is one of those who has the skill to open up a pack defence if he plays to form.

Have never doubted this German's skill set but rather at times question his commitment to the team. He can easily split open a tight defensive wall with a moment of magic or can easily drift away from the flow of the game too. It is all about consistency which he does not demonstrate at Arsenal consistently

Precisely n I don't think he improves much. I'm thankful for him getting all the revenues...He should go back to what he's good at, marketing.

I'm not insinuating that the manager, whoever he is, to hv a free reign in transfers. Just someone like Gill who can work well with them in transfers. Look at the Gill n SAF partnership...cool n happy pair whether we get the targeted players or not.

Reports claiming that he's asking for excess of £100k on top of what was offered to him last season when he almost joined us...that makes a total of £390k! per week before he considers switching over. Hope it's not true...

I feel it's too much liao...
£400k per week on top of his not 'small change' transfer abit too much lah...if his valuation is dirt cheap or free, than that's a fair amount to pay him.
