Reds Silence Saints

That second goal just before the break has really taken the wind out of Saints’ sails and the home fans are very quiet. A third goal for Liverpool would kill this game off.

Klopp would love to get this game won and give the likes of Salah and Firmino a breather for the final 20/25 minutes.

Even the boos for Van Dijk are half hearted now. The Dutchman hasn’t put a foot wrong today. Very impressive at reading danger and dealing with it.
