Yea, he is pretty beat up. Prev owner kept him with aros, some torn fins but other than that a healthy specimen. Feeding on mealworms as soon as he was released into his new home.

This species isn't as common, or rather, i don't usually see. Maybe i miss out but i have never seen one being sold. So i think its rather uncommon, but in India, they are caught for food .
