Default small white living particle in the tank

what is this small white living particles in my tank?
keeps on moving...
and when i have a left over market prawn they go and feast on it..

Hi OngChi, you can try to add in yellow powder after one day do a water change. It should be able to remove small white living particle in the tank.

if still not able to remove them, do a water change without adding anti chlorine. But not for to long else your fish may not able to take the chlorine.

Hi TS... I think its comming from the left over MP. Also my problem.
I just syphone it during water change to control its population...
I hope other members have some tips to share 😄

Looks like planaria? Usually get them if feed too much.

Copepods. They are harmless to your fish but irritating to look at especially you have so many in your tank. Looks like you always have excessive food in your tank..

Just give a good scrub on the glass surfaces. Add in wavemaker if your fish is able to take it. Then rinse your filter wool (not other filter media) daily, this shall reduce their number drastically.
