cycling a 4ft tank for baby rays
planning to set up a new 4ft x 18 inches x 18 inches temporary tank for my new pair of p14 ray.
with a eheim 2217 filter... how many days or weeks will i leave the tank running to fully cycle the tank... the eheim medias are all new.. |

Try get Seachem Stability to kick start your Beneficial Bacteria population. Even better if you can use a matured bio filter media to seed your new ones.

2217 not strong enough for a 4ft.
I am using it for my 2x2 and already felt not enough even with daily 80% wc ... |
