It's called a stunted fish. Usually from being kept in cramped conditions, but fed lots.

I always have IBS when I visit LFS, the buy first, think where to keep later mentality.

So far the highest bounty is my IPBB, took out 2 teugelsi and 2 endies and some other tank mates. Eat like no tomorrow for its small size.
