depends on how u view them.

Car save u time.... time is a luxury to some. While to others its too much.

Imagine the time we saved travelling around in a car = many hours for other stuff. That, to me is an asset.

whichever way u view them, art or simple mode of transport, it is a liability.
when u save time, that becomes a tool, still not an asset .......

like u use gas instead of firewood or charcoal to cook, that doesn't make gas an asset

or a computer to send emails instead of writing letters to send by snail mails. they all save time ..... and that is a tool to help u save time

Boss

like i said depends on how one view them

To a dying man...every minute is an asset. Ask most dying person if given a choice to buy time with their money...I bet many will say yes.

We paid hundreds and thousand of dollars on car every month but we save hours of useless waiting time for our "worldclass" transport daily.

that is to me, using $ to buy time to buy asset.

To me, this is stretching it a bit out of defining an asset and a liability. By ur reasoning, eating is also an asset. Dying man got not much time left to eat, so eating also asset.

Well .......

well i for once is not in the pink of health but i will not use money to buy time i rather leave it for my family... just spend whatever time i had with them is fine and good enough....

we all know time cannot be bought at S eleven, but one would like to think they can though...

Well .......

Yes.

Eating to many of us is taken for granted.

I have a seen a dying man wish to eat...teochew porridge...but he's got stomach cancer...and doc say he cant. On his dying bed...u can see his joy when he had his porridge before he passed away. To a dying person...simple things to us becomes important to him.

Time is an asset...anything that save us time is an asset.
