Default 2nd 2 feet planted setup

hihi...
restarting this thread

28/12/2007 marks the end of my low maintainese moss/fissdien tank pictures and the start of my 2nd planted setup :>
Below are some pictures of the wood and stones placement..
fully tank view.

right side view..

Due to the fact that I do not have enough gravels, left side is very thinly covered with gravels..
As for filter, I am trying out UGF for this setup.. It covers around 1/2 feet by 1/2 feet not sure if it is good enough.. :>
As for the wood, I am still not sure whether wanna tie fissiden or flame moss or "seaweed" on the branches.
Think there is something wrong with the stones..
Are they too uniformly placed?
comments please..

Although it is infested with algea at the moment, I must say that your tank looks really good. I can just imagine my betta living very happily in it.

i see, bro fireblade, seems like the lighting might not be sufficient. maybe you would want to upgrade it ?

and from the pic, the sides of the tank are more dim, it should be the result of PL lightings as PL lights tend to concentrate towards the centre.

Happened to me before thats why i upgrade my lights.

humm..
think I will go buy some 36W tubes then.. :P
the current tubes are about 3 yrs old liao..
and initially it was running with 2x 36W PL and 1x 9W PL then 1x36W bulb blow and 9W ballast spoil, so now left with 1x36W and the spiral bulb(which I am testing because no need ballast)

you find it nice because I did not zoom in to the algea portion mah..
don't know why before I do this setup, fissiden was doing very well in the tank, but after I rescaped, all fissiden turned brown..
think recently I over feed my fishes inside, got BBA problem..
