Even if HDB records a deficit, they should look at overall. I am pretty sure end of the day, the overall Singapore budget will still end positive.
Even if it is a loss. So what! They need to then learn to be more lean and efficient in their way they do things. Isn't that common with any other MNCs. |

if they include land bidding cost of cos will cos much more la. 14% of the country land is set aside for residential only (From LTA advert). that is not alot.
