HDB builds more flats, records higher net deficit - Page 3

What is the purpose of this new?
Telling us that we screwed HBD for buying Flat?
Telling us that government screwed HDB for bring too many FT and encourage more Birth?
Telling us that they going to increase price to match commerical property?
Telling us SLA screwed them up by high land price?
Telling us HDB going to go bust next year?
Seriously,what the crap is this report?

This report serves to remind us how kind our garment is to keep on subsidising and build more HDB Flats instead of building more expensive condos or shopping centres........ and we should all be grateful to them.......

Never know hdb officers life so good.
Now at hdb hub submitting some paperwork to the infrastructure department.
Never know their lunch lunch hour so long,from 12 to 2.
so LL, now waiting at coffee bean.

I don't think they hv luxury of 2hrs lunch breaks. Most likely during this 2hrs period, is for them to do some work that was due to morning's submission, etc.

From a few times I went HDB, I found the officers there working quite round the clock (during their working hours i mean). It is one of the less lucrative place to work.

My pov, quite a lot of officers in civil services works really hard. We just perceived that they are having a iron rice bowl and being comfortable.

Think the issue here is why HDB needs 2 hour lunch break when civil servants are only entitled to 1 hour lunch ??

Banks also open for business and they do not close for lunch while I believe also process a lot of paper work.......

I'm not against the 2 hour breaks but just like to find out the reasons for such a long break.......

To get the answer, write in to HDB, ask them, see what they reply, and share it with us too.

Else it's all unfair speculation. Pple working in civil service are not MIW, but just ordinary ppl like us.
