many hands were needed to take a good pic for these little wrigglers






tonite's mission was made possible with the help from sotongman(cameraman), sotongman's gf(flash controller), ts70(lighting man) and papa chilicrabz(director)

btw, MX, I see that you didn't provide any cover (wood, plant or cave) for the fries. isn't it better to have some hiding spots for them ?

there were a small pc of wood in breeding tank, however it was taken out yesterday(during the photoshoot) so that sotongman can pics for them

Chris,

Did you use manual focus or auto ?

also, fm Jas's pix, I find that having the flash positioned (the slim side of the flash facing the cam) is not very good for flash/light distribution.

Maybe can ask someone who have a ready pool of species and are more focus with them. These 2 sp are out for me.

Manual focus ... auto dun hit well on black objects ... In-Focus tolerance range too thin ...

Above was for initial setup ... later pics taken were using double remote flashes ...
