Default need advise with my 10 year old Xback

Need advise with my xback
experienced ammonia spike last week as i removed some Bio media from the filer.

I have since added Seachem safe, will either remove some fish , or add back some more media.

my problem is my xback seems to be behaving wierdly now
Not sure what to do, could it be he suffered some injury or damage?
