Does switching on aquarium light for too long affects the color? Will rays get tan like aros?

for me i feed all types of things so far my bds never change colour make salad mix of kunning , mp and small sotong. and time to time any other things i see at market ( all never cut or remove any thing except kunning just cut into 3 ) so far so good.... btw some bros mentioned about sotong with some bone or something? i thought bone more healthy so i just give is that wrong?

anyone ever fed mussels / shellfish? saw some real fresh ones so i thought of trying... A bit worried about Pb content though.
