my 2inch ranchu tio SBD tis afternoon was so suddenly...sianzzzz
When the wen n cheek started to form then kanna SBD. Going to try 5 days wifout food n feed only peas,hope it work!!! Water level less maintains at 8inch or half ft better? Any bros can advice me,ty! |

i think different fish react differently to the same SBD treatment.
i have one tht never seems to recover from SBD. then one flips over for a couple of hours. then i did a WC plus some peas. then within an hour, she's ok liao. =) but still to play safe, these few dinners i will feed them peas. |

Through my experience
1- Lower water level. Imo 1ft is good 2 - Use equilibrium salt (baxter 1 is good which cost 6.50 at polyart. Note that this isnt the ordinary aquarium salt which many lfs and users are confusing with) 3- Stop feeding until condition improves. 4. Once condition improves, presoak pellets as a precaution. |
