Default Fish keep dying in tank except 1 common pleco

Dear bro and sis,

My 522 tank fishes of parrots died off in CNY and left 1 common pleco still swimming in it till now.

I have changed the water and cycled it till now with the pleco in it.Today I bought 9 common kois and introduced them in and they have since died off till left the 1 common pleco still surviving.

Please advise what is wrong with my tank?I am running with a canister of 1400l/hr.

Thanks in advance.

Roger

Usually is ph or nitrate level. Do some tests on the water.

bro your tank is not cycled. better buy PH and ammonia test kit.
Cycling a tank usually takes time.

you can't add all the fish in all at once.

Actually hor.. before tat.. maybe you want to observe the pleco, see if it's releasing slime/Burn finnage etc?

Usually these are the 1st things tat trigger me to do water change.

Cannot be within 24hrs all kois just KO like tat, usually will have signs one
Eg. Gasping heavily, not eating, gills turnin white - list goes on.
Checked your water conditioner's dosage? Most of the ok water conditioners these days is ok for fast cycling also.
Kois are not TAT sensitive leh.

Just saying la...

P.S. how did your previous parots die? all at the same time? Did anyone add anything weird into tank?

How is your water, clear or cloudy?

You mentioned you running only a canister, can check how you place your rain bar?

Go get the API test kits to test your PH, Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate. No guessing required. You will know whether is your tank cycled or going through a mini cycle.
