This is easy to remove mechanically by twirling a toothbrush in it. Can be troublesome if left unchecked. This is a popular food supplement for fish among many aquarists..

Algae-Eating livestock
Otocinclus
Yamato shrimps..

Thank you betta_zoid87 and johnny_fantics. i have two otos in there and yesterday add up five more yamato. so now having seven yamatos in total. as for reducing the lite by 20%. i would reduce to only two lamp and try out the outcome. your shared experience is really appreciated. By the way, Oto don;t eat hair algea. If you want to get flauna that eat hair algea, i'll recommond SAE, Mollies and shrimps. Maybe you can try.

Thank you ah_hong84 tried SAE, they are good when still small but once they grow bigger abit they like to swim dash around that was why i gave up. trying yamatos for now and will reduce co2 and light. mollies i havent try before, can consider. good day to you.

Hahaa, welcome.
That's the problem for SAE once they are bigger.
But they can only control small amount of hair algea. One method maybe you can try to do a Blackout, but before that try to pull out as much algea as possible, this will double the effect of the blackout.
Hope is helps.
