Keeipng Aro with Ray
is it safe to keep 10 - 12 inch rays with 18 - 20 inch Aro?
I'm thinking if i can combine my rays with an aro . just worried that Aro will harass rays? but so far this aro doesnt seem to bother other tankmates. |

with aro & ray of that size i think should be ok. your aro might be little ''Kaypo'' for the first few days so i might consider either clipping or capping the rays sting just for 1 time , once it grows back they should be friends already

No issues unless ur Aro is the Super aggressive type. I've kept ray's as small as 4" with Aro's Aso no issue.

will also move my smaller aro into the same tank. how about clown loaches? i have some ranging from 4-7 inches. Should i remove them? can rays compete with them for food? |

Initially, I was thinking that the clown loaches who are bottom feeders can clean up the mess in the aro tank after feeding. Last edited by streetsmart73; 13-12-2016 at 12:00 PM. |
