saw MONOs on sale at Seaview.. Was wondering hw big do they grow to? Very nice body colour.. can comm with aro? Wads their actual name? They kinda look like promfret! cheers |

brackish fish that when mature do best in full seawater. not sure if you saw mono. sebae or argenteus. hardy fish but not advised for your aro tank.

When they grow, they need to be house in marine tank, dun think can com with aro. Can get pretty big, u see the wisma atria basement marine tank, there is a shoal of them inside, pretty big in size.

Still small can com but when it become bigger, it need salt water, i din think aro can survive in marine setup. Hence in long run both r not compatible as tank mate

oh.. cos the monos in the seaview tank look quite big liao and they're doing ok. maybe still not fully adults yet?

the fish CAN live in FW into adulthood, but lifespan will be shorter than usual. they will not thrive.
